Hi, I'm Becca, an experienced Musculoskeletal and Woman's Health Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor and mother of two!

Pilates is a passion of mine as it encompasses benefits on both the body and mind. I have seen the benefits on my patients both in the NHS and privately over many years. As a Physiotherapist, I am able to modify traditional Pilates exercises to accommodate individual needs, overcome injury or disability. This means you get the most out of your workout and that you are progressed on to more challenging levels safely whilst still guaranteeing a full body workout! I feel this can empower people to exercise safely, effectively and reach new heights of ability.

I completed my Pilates training in the Modified Pilates method, from beginner to advanced, in addition to antenatal and postnatal Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). The APPI are a highly respected International Company who, as Physios, have designed and modified the Pilates Method for Physiotherapists.

On a personal level, Pilates has been a game changer and helped me as well as many of my clients continue to exercise safely during pregnancy, prepare for giving birth and to reconnect with my core and facilitate recovery postnatally. And for that I am truly grateful.
